Personal Information: • Email address (for account creation and communication) • Family member names and profiles • Password (encrypted and never stored in plain text, only for email/password sign-ups) • Payment information (processed securely through Stripe) Google Sign-In Data (when using Google authentication): • Google account name • Google account email address • Google profile ID • Google profile picture (optional) This Google data is used solely for account creation, authentication, and personalization. We comply with Google API Services User Data Policy. Usage Data: • Tasks created, assigned, and completed • Points earned and rewards redeemed • Family messages and communications • Login activity and timestamps • Device information and IP addresses We do not collect: • Social security numbers or government IDs • Precise location data • Audio or video recordings • Biometric data • Access to your Google Drive, Calendar, or other Google services beyond basic profile

Specifically: • We only use Google Sign-In data (name, email, profile ID) to create and authenticate your account • Google data is NOT used for serving advertisements • Google data is NOT used for profiling or behavioral tracking • Google data is NOT sold, rented, or transferred to third parties except as required to provide the Service • Human access to Google data is restricted to support, security, and legal compliance purposes only We do NOT: • Sell your personal information to third parties • Use your data for targeted advertising • Share family information outside your household • Monitor or track children without parental consent • Share Google data with advertisers or data brokers

Security Measures: • All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS • Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms • Database hosted on secure Supabase infrastructure • Regular security audits and updates • Two-factor authentication available • Access controls and authentication protocols Data Retention: • Active account data is retained indefinitely • Deleted accounts: data removed within 30 days • Payment records: retained for 7 years (legal requirement) • Backup data: retained for 90 days While we implement strong security measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your information with: Service Providers: • Google (authentication only via Google Sign-In) • Stripe (payment processing) - PCI DSS compliant • Supabase (database hosting) - GDPR compliant • Email service providers (transactional emails only) These providers only receive data necessary to perform their services and are contractually obligated to protect it.
