1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HomesFlow ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

HomesFlow is a family task management platform that helps families organize daily routines, assign tasks, and reward accomplishments through a points-based system. The Service is designed for parents and their children to collaborate on household responsibilities.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account • Parents/guardians are responsible for their children's use of the Service • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information • One account per family is permitted under the Free Plan Google Sign-In: • You may create an account using Google Sign-In • By using Google Sign-In, you authorize us to access your Google profile information (name, email, profile ID) • Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy • You can revoke our access at any time via https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

• Free Plan: Limited to first 100 users with lifetime access at no cost • Family Plan: $53/year with 30-day free trial, auto-renews unless cancelled • Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe • Subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled anytime • No refunds for partial subscription periods • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

5. User Content and Conduct

You agree to: • Use the Service only for lawful family organization purposes • Not share inappropriate content or tasks • Respect other family members' privacy • Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the Service • Not use the Service for commercial purposes We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

• We collect and store family member names, task data, and usage information • Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption • We do not sell your personal information to third parties • Parent accounts have full access to child account activities • See our Privacy Policy for complete details on data handling

7. Intellectual Property

• HomesFlow and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by SolvProb • You retain ownership of your user-generated content (tasks, messages) • By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your content to provide the Service • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services: Google Sign-In: • Authentication service provided by Google LLC • Subject to Google's Terms of Service: https://policies.google.com/terms • Subject to Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy • We only access basic profile information with your consent Stripe Payments: • Payment processing provided by Stripe, Inc. • Subject to Stripe's Terms: https://stripe.com/legal • We do not store your full credit card information You acknowledge that your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, security, or policies.

9. Limitations of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind • We are not responsible for lost data, missed tasks, or family disputes • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this may not apply to you

10. Child Safety and Parental Controls

• Parents/guardians are solely responsible for monitoring their children's use • The Service includes features for parental oversight of child activities • We recommend parents review tasks and messages regularly • Report any concerning behavior to homesflow.ca@gmail.com immediately

11. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time through account settings • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms • Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease • Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

12. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time • Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms • You can review the current terms at any time on our website

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Governing Law: • These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada • Federal laws of Canada apply where applicable • Courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction Dispute Resolution: • You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally before legal action • For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, binding arbitration may be required • Class action lawsuits are waived to the extent permitted by law • Any legal proceedings must be conducted in English
